Facilities
Our centre has a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces to support learning in nature. We offer safe and comfortable areas for hands-on activities, group work and overnight stays. We can cater up to 45 students in dormitories and up to 70 students with our large canvas tents.
Our local environment
Our centre is based in Cascade National Park and State Forest, and we’re close to Dangar Falls and Dorrigo National Park.
These natural spaces are part of our everyday learning. Students can explore:
- walking tracks and bush trails
- habitats for native plants and animals
- creeks, rivers and waterfalls
- places with cultural or historical meaning.
We use these outdoor spaces to help students learn about nature and sustainability.
Our learning spaces
We have both indoor and outdoor spaces for learning in all kinds of weather.
At our centre, we offer:
- outdoor areas for hands-on activities
- indoor classrooms for lessons and group work
- access to walking trails and nearby bushland and rainforest
These spaces let students learn by doing and connect with the natural world around them.
